What this site collects

Nothing. This website is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party scripts. We do not build a profile of you for visiting.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. That is ordinary web infrastructure logging, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

If you email us

When you email us we receive whatever you send — your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone marketing to you.

Residents and applicants

If you rent from us or apply to, we hold the information needed to run the tenancy — contact details, lease documents, payment records, and maintenance history. We keep it for as long as the law and our records require, and share it only where we have to: for example with a contractor carrying out a repair, or where a court or statute requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting more than it does today — a contact form, analytics, an online payment portal — we will update this page before that goes live.
