What this site collects

Almost nothing. These pages carry no analytics, no advertising, no cookies and no third-party scripts, and we do not build a profile of you for visiting.

There is one exception: the optional text message sign-up. If you choose to complete it, we receive the name, property address and mobile number you type in, and we record the date and time, the exact consent wording shown to you, and your IP address and browser — because a text-messaging programme has to be able to prove that consent was given, and when.

We keep that record for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show a phone carrier that you asked to hear from us. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. It goes only to the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, so the message reaches you.

If you never complete that form, we collect nothing at all from your visit.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. That is ordinary web infrastructure logging, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

If you email us

When you email us we receive whatever you send — your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone marketing to you.

Residents and applicants

If you rent from us or apply to, we hold the information needed to run the tenancy — contact details, lease documents, payment records, and maintenance history. We keep it for as long as the law and our records require, and share it only where we have to: for example with a contractor carrying out a repair, or where a court or statute requires it.

Text messages

If you are a tenant and you signed up on our text message page, we text you about your own tenancy — rent reminders and maintenance appointment notifications. Nothing else. That sign-up is the only way we add anyone: it is not part of your lease paperwork, and consent is never a condition of applying, renting, or getting a repair done. The SMS Terms of Service set out exactly what we send and how often.

Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share them only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, and only so the message reaches you.

Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Opting out changes nothing about your tenancy — we will still reach you by email, post or phone.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting more than it does today — analytics, an online payment portal, another form — we will update this page before that goes live. That is what happened on 22 August 2026, when the optional text message sign-up was added.
